“Kaiketsu Shusseki” is a system to allow lecture attendance at university and vocational school to be managed easily and accurately using IC cards (MIFARE, FeliCa, TN2).
The data can be edited with Microsoft® Excel® and easily used by anyone.

Functions

[Attendance sheet edit/print]
Opens with Microsoft® Excel® attendance records for the specified year, edits and prints them.
[Course addition]
Adds teaching courses in the attendance sheet for the specified year.
[Attendance sheet master creation]
Creates attendance sheets for the specified year.
[Attendance data import (regular classes)]
Populates attendance sheets with the attendance data of regular classes captured by Kaiketsu Through Shusseki.
[Attendance data import (irregular/makeup class)]
Populates attendance sheets with the attendance data of irregular/makeup classes.
[Attendance data import (for early leavers from the classroom)]
Attendance status of students who left the class early can be recorded in attendance sheets by importing the recounted attendance data and comparing them with the initial attendance data.
[Sorting of attendants (by department)]
Arranges students who took a course by the department name (ascending order), school years (descending order), and student ID numbers (ascending order).
[Auto-flagging of late students]
Lateness for the flagging can be specified at 5-minute intervals between 5 and 90 minutes.
